Riding Classes

NCTRC offers four riding sessions per year – Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Lessons take place in groups or individually using our indoor and outdoor arenas.  Most participants have one 30-60 minute lesson per week for the duration of the session. Groups classes are limited to four riders and grouped according to age and riding ability as much as possible.

“I love riding the horses, and brushing their hair. Horses make me so happy!”
Kate, Rider

“Therapeutic riding is something Kate has loved since she was 3 years old. It has done wonders for her balance and self-confidence. She can’t run and jump exactly like the other kids but riding horses is something that she can do well and really looks forward to.”
