Horse Whisperers Scholarship Fund For financial assistance, please download the financial
aid form. A scholarship fund was established by Peggy Walz in memory of her sister, Denise Marie Whack, and the intent of
this fund is to give children the opportunity to attend camp. "Denise was a gift from God. She drove the school bus for children with special needs. But
what she gave them was far more than just a ride. When she passed away in May 2009 many of the families of the children who
rode on the bus with her shared stories of the hope she gave them. As a way to carry on her legacy of helping children we
esablished a scholarship fund at NCTRC that will give a child the opportunity to attend camp. I know Denise would have liked

Walz, on behalf of family members and friends who have contributed to the fund. To sponsor a child, the cost is $350 per child. Any donation, no matter
how small, will start something big for that child.

Summer Camps Hey kids......do you want to ride horses this summer? Go an an expedition? Be a farmer? Shear wool? Download our summer camp brochure and registration form for more information about our six 1-week summer camps for children ages 5 -12 with or without disabilities, medical conditions or other challenges. There will be horseback riding, arts and crafts, expedition and outdoor activities and opportunities to take care of the farm animals!
